The following menus are for your consideration. Your catering service manager will be happy to customize any menu to meet any personal food/dietary preferences that you and your guests may have.

ATTENDANCE GUARANTEE

To ensure the availability of all food and beverage items selected we request that your final guarantee be provided three business days prior to your function. The guarantee may not be reduced within 72 hours of the event.

FUNCTION TIMES

Please note that all receptions are scheduled for 2 to 4 hours. Unless previously arranged with your sales manager. Additional charges may apply for an extension.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We have an extensive list of preferred partners for enhancements such as specialized decor, DJs, Photographers and Florists.

Our preferred partners have proven to be reliable and trustworthy throughout the years. Our events specialists will be happy to coordinate your needs with you or simply provide you with a list of our preferred partners for you to self select.

  • Cocktail Rounds and High Top Tables
  • Standard Hotel Floor Length Linen and Napkins
  • Standard Hotel Flatware/Silverware/Glassware

We offer a full suite of Audio Visual needs, including but not limited to Projectors, Gobos, Pas, etc.

*Consuming raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shell stock or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness, especially if you have certain health conditions.
